The Saath Nibhaana Saathiya 2 starts with Gehna turning on the light and Sagar hitting someone.
Everyone catches Kanak, Hema, Chetan and Pankaj stealing Gehna’s prepared food. Paresh says the thieves are from their own house. Bapuji says they did not like their own cooked food, so now they are eating Gehna’s prepared food.
Paresh asks them to enjoy the food and asks them if they knew that they have to steal food and eat, they would have never discussed about the partition of the house. Everyone leaves.
Gehna goes to Hema and says she has kept Hema’s favourite pickle on the table, she can have it. Hema goes to take the pickle. Kanak stops her and says Gehna cooked food for them, but did not serve them as she wanted them to steal the food and eat.
Kanak says Gehna insulted them today, soon she will humiliate Gehna.
The next day, Gehna serves tea to Paresh. Paresh asks Gehna to serve tea to Pankaj and Chetan. Kanak and Hema come and serves Jalebi, Samosa and Kachori. Pankaj and Chetan get happy.
Hema asks Anant to join them as they have to return Gehna’s favour. Anant says he is leaving and doesn’t need anything.
Hema hands over the snacks bill to Chetan and asks him to pay it. Chetan and Pankaj worry.
Meanwhile, the neighbour ladies come to meet Baa. The ladies say they were going to the temple and came to ask Baa if she wants to accompany them.
Baa asks them to sit. Kanak tells Baa that she should have informed her about the guest coming. Baa says she always entertained Kanak’s unexpected guests and never complained, but Kanak cannot handle her guests.
Gehna says she will get tea and snacks for the guest. Baa smiles.
Meanwhile, in-office, Anant’s boss gives him a file and asks him to keep the file safe as they can not lose the information.
Anant returns home and asks Gehna to keep the file safe. Anant says the file is very important, and if anyone reads the file information, then he will lose his job and also will go to jail.
Kanak hears his conversation and makes an evil plan.
Later, Gehna makes Paresh and Bapuji play carrom. Chetan and Pankaj join them. Anant gets happy that Gehna is trying to get his family together.
Gehna says they can have a lawn party together. Kanak thinks it’s the best plan to steal Anant’s file.
