The Saath Nibhaana Saathiya 2 starts with Anant returning home with Radhika. Baa gets angry after seeing Radhika. Paresh tells Anant that the fashion designer he called has come. He says sorry to Gehna for not fulfilling his promise. He then picks a dress for her, she says she doesn’t need it. Radhika says that it’s a pretty dress and she will keep it. Gehna takes it back from her. Anant tells her to go and try it on, she thinks to herself from now on she will not let anyone take the things that Anant gets for her.
Gehna puts on her new dress. Hema drapes her in a blanket and takes her to a room. Anant has planned a movie date for Gehna, they sit together and enjoy the movie. Tia says that Radhika and Kanak must be planning something. Hema says she will keep them busy. A beautician goes to Kanak and tells her Radhika has sent her. Another beautician goes to Radhika and tells her Kanak has sent her. Hema tells Paresh that these beauticians will turn Kanak and Radhika into monkeys.
Anant asks Gehna if she enjoyed watching the serial. She asks him why he left with Radhika yesterday. He asks if she is doubting him. She says she just wants the truth. As he is speaking Radhika enters and says she will tell her later. Gehna hears Anant telling Radhika that he feels wrong by not telling Gehna, she thinks Anant is hiding something.
Bapuji tells Baa that they celebrated Gehna’s birthday for the first time, so he wants to make some deposit in her name. Baa says Gehna needs peace of mind right now more than financial security. She says it was not right for Anant to bring Radhika into this house, and spend so much time with her. She goes to the guest room and tells Radhika that she wanted to speak with her. Baa tells her that it is not right for her to stay here even after Anant’s marriage to Gehna. Baa asks her to make a promise that she will leave. Bapuji on the other hand tells Gehna to not let any third person come in between her marriage.
