The Saath Nibhaana Saathiya 2 starts with Gehna studying and finding it difficult to read some sentences. Anant helps her. Anant leans on Gehna and helps her to read the sentence. Gehna feels shy and keeps glancing at him. Anant asks Gehna to pay attention and read the sentence. Radhika enters and gets jealous seeing Anant leaning on Gehna. She comes and gives coffee to Anant and Gehna. She asks Gehna if she needs any help. Gehna says Anant is there to help her. Radhika asks Gehna to drink the coffee, she won’t feel sleepy and can focus on her studies. Radhika thinks Gehna will drink the coffee and go into a deep sleep and will not get to study.
Ridhima wishes Gehna good luck and leaves.
The next day, Baa and other family members are waiting for pooja and are surprised that Gehna did not wake up yet. Kanak smiles and thinks Gehna will not attend her exam and will fail. Gehna comes and informs Baa that she has her exam, so she conducted pooja early morning. Kanak and Radhika fume. Baa and Bapuji bless her and asks her to complete her and Anant’s dream. Radhika thinks how can Gehna wake up fresh when she gave her the hypnotic laced coffee. Anant comes down yawning and sleeps on Gehna’s shoulder. Radhika thinks Anant drank Gehna’s coffee. A flashback is shown of Gehna exchanging the coffee by mistake.
Anant gets a call for an interview. He tells Gehna that he will cancel his interview as he needs to help Gehna to reach the school. Radhika says Gehna knows the school classroom, so she can find the classroom. Radhika asks Anant to go to the interview while she will drop Gehna to the school.
Later, Anant reaches the location and asks the receptionist if there is an interview. The receptionist says that only Anant has his interview and asks him to wait. Gehna packs her stuff and leaves with Radhika. At 11 am, Anant thinks of calling Gehna and finding out if she reached the school or not. The receptionist asks Anant to go for the interview. Anant enters a cabin where he sees RV communication and Radhika’s favourite flowers. He thinks it’s Radhika’s company. The manager tells Anant that his boss has already selected him to see his profile through the internet. He asks Anant about his last salary. Anant says he used to get paid 1 lakh per month. The manager says they will pay him 2 lakh a month and give him the appointment letter.
Meanwhile, Radhika stops the car and acts like her car broke down. Gehna texts Anant to pick her up as Radhika’s car broke down and she is getting late. Anant reads the message and gets tensed.
