The Saath Nibhaana Saathiya 2 starts with Gehna receiving gifts from family for passing her exam. Radhika gets a call from Vinit, Anant sees it and decides not to give it to her as it will spoil her mood. He picks it up thinking it’s important. Vinit apologies to Radhika for coming home late when she was sleeping and now when he woke up she had already left. Vinit asks why she is not talking Anant says that she is cooking in the kitchen for Gehna’s party as she passed her exam. Vinit tells him to congratulate Gehna and says that the party will have amazing food as Radhika is cooking.
Radhika serves food to the family, Baa asks her to come and join. She says she likes serving. Gehna says it smells nice. They all eat it and it’s too spicy for them. Radhika asks what’s wrong, Hema asks why she added so much chilly. Gehna serves them Kheer, Paresh praises her kheer. Anant asks she was busy all day when she made kheer, she says she knew she would pass so prepared it long ago. Sagar comes in and asks Gehna for food, she makes him sit and gives him food. He eats the food and finds it very spicy. He says bad aunty made bad food. Paresh asks what they shall have now. Gehna says noodles like kids have during the exam. Everyone says yes. Radhika gets jealous thinking she worked so hard to make food and they are excited about Gehna’s noodles.
Radhika pretends to be on call with Vinit explaining to him that she was cooking the whole day for Gehna’s party. Anant thinks that Vinit is dual-faced as he showed he was okay with Radhika cooking for the party to him but now is shouting at her. She goes crying to Anant and hugs him complaining about Vinit. Sagar comes in and asks Radhika why is she hugging Anant and if he is her husband. Anant says no, he asks who’s the husband he is, Anant says Gehna’s. Sagar says so he is papa. He tells Anant that he shouldn’t hold other women’s hands. Anant tells him to leave. Sagar tells Gehna that Radhika was hugging Anant and telling him something, he says he will only tell if he gets ice cream. Gehna gets ice cream for him, he says that she was complaining about Vinit.
Gehna asks Radhika to help her buy a return gift for the family. Radhika goes on Anant’s request. After they buy a gift Gehna says that they should go to Radhika’s place to have some juice. They reach home and go to get juice, Gehna says no need she just wanted to drop Radhika at her real house, as she forgot her address. Gehna says that the working hours are over and she should spend time with her family. Radhika says that she doesn’t know who she is talking to. Gehna says that she is Gehna Anant Desai while she is Radhika Vinit Virani. She says that she should spend time with her loving husband and leaves. Radhika stands there fuming. Anant asks Gehna if she dropped Radhika home. She says yes as she needs to spend time with her family as well. Anant tells her not to interfere and lets Radhika do what’s best for her. Gehna thinks if Anant is hiding something from her, that’s making him so mad. She says she gave everyone the return gift and keeps it on the table.
