The Saath Nibhaana Saathiya 2 starts with Anant and Radhika coming home from the office. Kanak asks them how their presentation went. Radhika says they had a client’s meeting and it went amazing. Kanak says their presentation was ruined but still they manage to do it so they should celebrate. Radhika tells Anant that they should party tonight. Gehna comes in and says that they can’t as she called Vinit and he is coming to pick Radhika. Gehna says she must be tired working on the presentation so she should go home and rest. Radhika panics hearing that Vinit is coming and asks Kanak to save her. Kanak says she doesn’t have any idea so Radhika pretends to slip and be injured.
The whole family is having dinner, Radhika shouts Anant’s name. Anant runs to her room and picks her up and puts her on the bed. Vinit comes and asks what happened. She says she slipped into the bathroom and sprained her leg. Anant asks if it’s hurting, she says it’s paining a lot. Gehna says she will call Sapan, Hema says he is busy with his case. Vinit says he will take her to an orthopedist. Radhika says he should go as if has to catch a flight in two hours. He says he will cancel his flight, she says it will ruin their company’s reputation. Kanak urges him to go as they will take care of Radhika, Vinit leaves. Gehna tells Anant to change his clothes while she changes Radhika’s clothes as they are wet. She goes and brings a dress for Radhika, Kanak tells her to go and do her work. Gehna thinks whether Radhika is really injured or just acting.
Sagar looks for Gehna, Tia brings food for him. He asks where is Mumma. Tia says Radhika is injured so Gehna has gone there. Sagar says Mumma is angry with him and goes looking for her. While running his ball falls into Radhika’s room she kicks it away. He picks it up and runs away. Gehna while going towards the terrace notices that Kanak quickly closes Radhika’s room and asks her why is she roaming when she should be pretending to be in pain. On the terrace Sagar asks Gehna to talk with him, she shouts at him for his mistake. He drops a note and runs away. She reads the note it says Baal wali Aunty is not injured. She remembers Anant lifting Radhika.
Hema comes to her and asks when will she take a stand for her relationship. Radhika tells her husband will she just watch it. Gehna gathers the family members and tells them that Radhika is acting. Kanak tells her to mind her tongue. Paresh says that Gehna won’t say anything without a reason. Anant tells her to stop blaming Radhika. She says let’s ask her to get checked by Sapan, then we will realise if she is lying or not. They all agree and go to Radhika’s room. Gehna asks Radhika to show her injuries to Sapan, Radhika denies it. Gehna says she might have internal injuries so she should let Sapan check, Anant also insists. Radhika says her knee is wounded. Gehna tells her to show says that she will put ointment on it. Radhika says she can’t show and says she already applied an ice pack on her knee. Anant asks why she doesn’t want to apply ointment, Gehna says because Radhika is acting. Hema says that now Radhika is exposed. Baa asks why she did so much drama. Radhika apologises to Anant and shows her injured knee.
