The Saath Nibhaana Saathiya 2 episode starts with Kanak complaining to Radhika that all she wanted was her glory back but she is sick of hearing everyone praising Gehna. Radhika says they should kill Gehna by pushing her from the terrace. Kanak says she doesn’t want to take anyone’s life, she just wants the position of best bahu in the house and defeat Gehna. Radhika says we need a new hero in Gehna’s life. Kanak says Anant is her superhero and she won’t even look at anyone. Sagar comes and asks her to play with him. She tells him to go play alone, Sagar insists. Kanak remembers Baa giving her Sagar’s responsibility and goes with him. Sagar tells her to catch him, she gets tired and sits down. He tells her to get juice for him, she fumes thinking Gehna is taking revenge on her. Gehna watches and laughs thinking she is teaching her a lesson.
Gehna sees Baa taking her sarees to wash, so she tells her that she will wash them. Baa says that these sarees belong to her mother, they hold great importance to her and that she will wash them by herself. She says that she will later do handwork on sarees and gift it to Tia. Gehna says that the mother-daughter relationship is special, it stays even when the daughter goes to her husband’s house. Gehna asks her to let her wash the sarees and make her feel that she is decorating Baa’s memories. Baa agrees and tells her to not spoil them as it will break her heart. Radhika thinks thank God Sagar brought her here to play and she could hear their conversation. She thinks Baa’s heart will surely break.
Kanak comes and tells Radhika that she will spoil Baa’s sarees and Gehna will be blamed. She tells her to keep Anant busy. Radhika says that Anant won’t escape from her charm today. She wears a beautiful saree and gets ready, Anant comes in and says she is looking good. He says that their work is pending because of her injury. He starts showing her work statistics on his laptop. Sagar comes in and asks where his new mumma, he asks if it is baal wali aunty’s birthday since she is dressed up. Anant tells him to go and look for his new mumma, Sagar goes and Anant locks the door. Radhika asks why he locked the door, Gehna would have misunderstandings. Anant says it’s okay and asks if she thinks he won’t be able to concentrate because of her beauty. Radhika gets happy, he says he is joking.
Gehna washes saree and dries it on the rope, she thinks that Baa will be happy seeing her clean sarees and goes to cook. Kanak comes and puts grease on the floor; she tries to cut the rope with scissors. Gehna realizes that one saree is left in the bucket and she comes back, Kanak cuts the rope and sarees fall down, saree falls and Kanak gets into hiding. Gehna is worried thinking that Baa’s sarees will be spoiled. She wonders how the grease came there; she tries to pick the sarees and wash them again. Kanak thinks if she is caught then she will lose all respect in the family. Hema come and calls Gehna; she sees Kanak, Kanak signals her to not tell Gehna.
