The Saath Nibhaana Saathiya 2 starts with Gehna getting tensed looking at the time. She thinks if she doesn’t bring money on time Radhika will put Kanak and Hema in jail. The agency owner on Gehna’s request agrees to pay her in advance. She sees model’s pictures in short dresses and says she can’t pose like them. The owner says that the ad will be played on a family channel so she shouldn’t worry. He hands her the contract, it is in English so Gehna thinks of calling Anant and asking his help. Kanak calls her, since there is no time she doesn’t call Anant. She signs the contract and thanks the agency for their help. Gehna leaves with the cheque.
Radhika says that there are only five minutes left. Kanak and Hema get tensed. Radhika removes her phone to call the police. Gehna comes from behind. Kanak and Hema are relieved. Gehna tells Radhika to first delete the video. Radhika deletes it saying she is smart. Hema records Gehna giving a cheque to Radhika. Radhika tells her that she is helping her enemies and one day she will repent for her goodness. Radhika also curses Gehna for stealing Anant from her. Gehna blesses her that she gets her true love. Radhika says that she doesn’t want to hear her lecture and goes. Hema and Kanak hug Gehna and thank her for saving them. They go home together.
Tia shows wedding pictures of Pankaj and Kanak to Baa. Baa says Pankaj is so happy that he married the princess. Bapuji says that Pankaj is a prince. Baa asks where the three bahus are. Kanak along with Hema and Gehna come in. Baa asks Kanak why she is so happy. Anant realises that Gehna helped them gather money. Kanak says that she will make special masala tea for everyone. Gehna thinks of telling the family about her modelling contract. She tells the family that she signed a modelling contract.
Anant gets angry saying she should have told him before taking such a big step. Hema asks Kanak if she will be Gehna’s servant because she helped them. Kanak says that she will let Gehna study, spend time with Anant and not call her Dobhi duffer anymore. She says she will not come in Gehna’s way. Baa tells Gehna that she should have discussed this with Anant. Gehna says that she is sorry. Paresh says that they should support Gehna’s modelling dream. Baa says okay but she should convince Anant first. Tia praises Gehna saying she will be a supermodel. Hema and Kanak get jealous, Hema suggests that they should continue their enmity. Kanak says that modelling was her dream and Gehna snatched it from her and now she will take revenge.
