Kanak and Swara deceive Surya by telling him that Gehna shot Suhani, which surprises him. The doctor, on the other hand, tells Gehna that Suhani’s health is critical. Surya arrives at the hospital and inquires about Suhani’s condition. The doctor assures him that he would do everything possible to save her. Suhani is taken to the operating room by hospital staff. Surya drags Gehna out of the hospital with him. She inquires as to where he intends to take her, but he keeps mute and drives away. Swara notices this and is curious as to where they are going.
Surya is frightened, and Gehna begs him to stop the car. He comes to a halt in the middle of a forest. He informs her that he never expected her to shoot Suhani out of spite. She inquires as to how he can ever consider her in this manner. He begs her not to act. He confesses to her that he is ashamed of the fact that he previously loved her. He is remorseful for having met her. He accuses her of ruining his family. He asks her not to look him in the eyes again. She informs him that he has misinterpreted things. She begs him to stay and assures him that she is innocent. He curses her to die and then departs.
Surya is informed by the doctor in the hospital that Suhani is no longer in danger. Surya expresses gratitude to him. Surya is told by the doctor to thank Gehna for bringing Suhani to the hospital on time. Surya is chastised by Dadi for doubting Gehna and is advised to use his intellect. She inquires as to whether his heart truly believes Gehna is capable of shooting Suhani. He remembers Gehna’s birthday celebrations and how he cursed her in the woods. Gehna struggles to flee after a tree branch falls on her. She hears a noise and assumes Surya has returned, but she is surprised to discover Swara there. Swara enlists the aid of her thugs to assist Gehna. Gehna requests water.
Swara inquires as to Gehna’s well-being. Gehna expresses gratitude to her for sparing his life. Swara informs her that she is not here to assist her in any way. Gehna inquires as to what the latter desires from her. Swara expresses her desire for Surya. She tells her that she lost her father as a result of her and that her mother has abandoned her. As a result, she’ll kidnap Surya. She tells the Goons they are free to do whatever they want with Gehna. Surya, on the other hand, thinks back on his time with Gehna. Dadi inquires about Gehna, expressing her concern that he acted inappropriately. Surya is asked about Gehna by a police officer who arrives. He reveals that only with her aid could they apprehend the culprits. Surya gets up and walks out of the hospital. Gehna is being pursued by Swara’s thugs.
