The episode opens at a hospital. Surya is examined by the doctor. Praful tells Gehna not to be concerned. Surya is fine for the time being, but a blood transfusion is required to save him, according to the doctor. Surya’s blood group is AB negative, which is extremely rare and not available in their blood bank, according to him. So, if anyone in his family is AB negative, they can simply save Surya. Surya’s blood group does not match Gehna’s, according to Gehna. He warns her that they don’t have much time and begs her to contact Surya’s family members as soon as possible to arrange blood. She gives him a nod.
Suhani, on the other side, informs Sarika that Sikandar has yet to phone her. If Suhani wants to prove that she didn’t poison Surya, Gehna contacts her and begs her to accompany her to the city hospital with Sarika. Suhani informs Sarika that Gehna is still alive, demonstrating that Sikandar’s plot failed. Suhani and Sarika arrive at the municipal hospital after some time. Suhani and Sarika’s blood groups did not match Surya’s blood group, according to the doctor. According to Paresh, they looked everywhere but the AB negative blood group wasn’t available. Jamuna tells Gehna not to be concerned, as they will undoubtedly find a donor. Surya is prayed for by Gehna. The doctor enters and informs them that they have a donor. Gehna pays a visit to the donor.
The nurse informs her that the blood donor has already left. Suhani expresses her disappointment to Sarika that she was unable to save Surya. She cries as she tells Gehna that she doesn’t know how to thank her. Gehna claims to have overheard her and Sikandar talking about poison. Suhani can’t deceive her. Suhani makes a vow to Sarika that she did not poison Surya. She inquires as to Sikandar’s whereabouts. Sikandar and Arjun, according to Gehna, ended up in jail. Hearing her, Sarika becomes enraged and defends Arjun. Suhani is going to smack Gehna for putting Sikandar in jail, but Gehna grabs her hand and prevents her from doing so. Gehna has threatened to reveal all of their unlawful activities. Suhani is sure that she would be able to secure Sikandar’s release on bond. Gehna assures her that this will not be the case. Suhani and Sarika are discharged from the hospital.
Surya notices Gehna is bleeding when he wakes up. She assures him that she is in good health. He dials Nurse’s number and informs her of Gehna’s bleeding. Gehna’s injury is being treated by a nurse. When Jamuna sees this, she becomes agitated and refuses to let Praful into the room. Suhani and Sarika pay a visit to Arjun and Sikandar. Sikandar expresses his desire for Gehna to die to Suhani. When Surya is sleeping, Jamuna feeds Gehna. Gehna is curious as to who gave Surya blood. Suhani’s pledge to Sarika comes to mind. She is perplexed as to why no one’s blood group matches Surya’s. Suhani’s mother may or may not be Surya’s mother, she claims.
