The episode starts with Suhani making tea for her in the kitchen. She is unsure how she will tackle all of the issues on her own. She is taken aback when she notices blood coming from the sink faucet. Gehna arrives and inquires about the incident. Suhani gestures to the sink. When Gehna turns on the sink faucet, water pours out. Suhani is perplexed. Gehna encourages her to be grateful about becoming a grandmother. She congratulates her and then departs. Suhani informs Sarika that she noticed red-coloured water pouring from the sink faucet. Sarika advises her to rest. Dada, on the other hand, informs Dadi that he hasn’t eaten any laddus. She says she hasn’t told him about the missing laddus. He claims that he simply guessed. Suhani overhears their chat and devises a plan to capture her. Meanwhile, Suhani informs Sarika that they must determine whether Gehna is truly pregnant or not as she did the previous time. She pulls out the knife to carry out her plan.
Gehna eventually sees a flower path and walks on it. Surya prepared it, but she misunderstands. Suhani notices Surya approaching from the same direction. Gehna takes note of the knife on the floor. While on the phone, Surya comes closer to the knife. Gehna grabs the knife just before he is going to tread on it. He pulls her aside and requests that the servant bring the first-aid kit. Suhani arrives and inquires about the incident. Surya tends to Gehna’s wound. Surya’s love, Gehna believes, will not allow him to be parted from her. Suhani leaves to get some ice cubes. Suhani is in the hospital, waiting for Gehna’s test results. Gehna is pregnant, according to the nurse, who also provides her with the report. Shreya and Gehna talk about how they tampered with the blood sample to deceive Suhani. Shreya inquires as to how she found out about Suhani’s plan. Suhani was keeping the knife in the drawer, according to Gehna. She goes on to say that she is going to bother Suhani.
Suhani wakes up in the middle of the night, puzzled as to who turned off the air conditioning. She hears laughter and inquires as to who is present. She shuts the door and takes a drink of water. Urmila appears to her as a ghost, which surprises her. In fear, she closes her eyes. She was unable to speak and eventually opened her eyes. She shuts the door, reasoning that Urmila had died and that she should not be alarmed. Urmila’s ghost appears near the window, scaring her. She begs not to be killed. Urmila’s spirit appears and tells her that Gehna’s child will murder her. Suhani remembers Urmila’s phantom words. When she walks out of the room, she hears footsteps. Suhani’s shoulder is touched by Urmila’s ghost from behind.
