The episode of Sasural Simar Ka 2 starts with Vivaan taking Reema to the bridal’s room and trying to wake her up. Pandit Ji tells Aarav to fill the bride’s maang with Sindhoor. Aditi asks the pandit Ji to tell the importance of sindhoor. Pandit Ji says that according to shastras, the red colour signifies power and it gives the power to protect the house. According to science, it relieves woman of the day’s hard work. Aarav takes the sindhoor to apply on Choti Simar’s maang. Simar tries to stop him from lifting the veil. Aarav says that he will fulfil the Narayan family’s custom and doesn’t look at the bride while applying sindhoor. Pandit Ji tells Aarav to wear the mangalsutra, he explains the meaning and reason why mangalsutra is worn.
Aarav makes Choti Simar wear mangal sutra. Pandit Ji says that the marriage is complete. Aarav and Choti Simar take blessings from Badi Maa and others. Chitra tries to lift Choti Simar’s veil while giving the blessing, but Aarav stops her. They take Indu’s blessing. Indu hugs her and says that her Sasural is hers now. She should forget them and accept her Sasural as her new family. Indu whispers in Choti Simar’s ears to forget her dream of becoming a singer. And says that she doesn’t belong to them or herself but belongs to her Sasural now.
Aarav and Choti Simar take Avinash’s blessing. She cries and hugs the rest of her family. Pandit Ji tells the bride to do the last rasam of throwing rice grains in her mother’s pallu. Choti Simar completes the rituals remembering her moments with her family. Avinash and Indu bid farewell to Badi Maa. Aditi makes Choti Simar sit in the car. Aarav sits in the car beside her holding her hand. Chitra blames Devesh for ruining her plan. Devesh tells her that Reema never reached the mandap. Chitra questions him about who got married to Aarav then.
Vivaan asks Reema while she is unconscious how could she cheat on Bhai. He wonders if Reema if here who is at the mandap. Vivaan calls Aarav to tell him the truth and stop the marriage, but Aarav doesn’t pick up the call. Indu tells Simar that they did according to her saying. She tells her that everything is in her hand now and requests Simar to take care of their daughter. Chitra hears it and this is their secret of a fake bride.
