Today’s Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashma 30 April episode starts with Everyone in Golukdham society being determined to contribute their bit in exposing the real face of a corrupt politician like Sevaklal who intends to buy votes by distributing free mobiles to the people of Garib Nagar. Bhide and Madhavi, Roshan, Iyer and Babita, Dr Hathi and Komal, Anjali, Tapu, Goli and Goghi get dressed like poor people to avoid getting caught by Sveaklal’s goons.
They wish to mingle with the original people of Gareeb Nagar and line up for a free mobile phone. Bhide and Madhavi are seen asking who they are and from where they have come. Dr Hathi and Komal and Iyer and Babita also get questioned.
Sevaklal is not an ordinary man. He is a powerful politician who knows to play his cards well. He preempts threat and hence asks his goons and workers to remain alert while distributing the free mobile phones. He believes that his opponents may lay a trap to catch him red-handed and hence asks his workers to adopt precautionary measures.
Jethalal (Dilip Joshi) and Taarak (Sailesh Lodha), who visit Garib Nagar with the remaining five thousand pieces of mobile phones, wonder why Sevaklal has not turned up.
