In today’s Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah episode the taxi driver asks Jethalal various question about America and asks if he has brought any gifts from his family members. Jethalal tells him to stop the gossip and drive properly. The driver receives a call and he mentions that he had left the airport and everything is fine. He drives on an unknown road and Jethalal tells him to stop and he asks him which road is it. The driver tells Jethalal it is short cut and they will reach early. Three strangers follow Jethalal behind their taxi. Jethalal tells the driver to drive on the normal road. The driver takes a U-turn and continues driving. The strangers come and stop the taxi, remove the taxi driver and tell him to kneel on one side and snatches the key from him and they open the back door and steal Jethalal’s bag.
Then in Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, Jethalal starts screaming chor chor. They then take Jethalal’s phone wallet and passport as well. Jethalal tries to call the police but the rob the phone as well and runs away. Jethalal tries to catch but they run away. The driver starts crying as he lost his taxi key. Jethalal tells him to shut up as he has lost his everything. Jethalal asks the driver why he afraid and stood at one side, if he would joined him then they would have beaten the thieves. The driver says that the goons might have weapons as well. Then Jethalal tells the driver to accompany him to the police station but the taxi driver rejects to join. Jethalal doubts him and asks him if he is one of the members of the goons, as he received a call before and now also he was standing at one side.
Lastly in Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah the taxi driver denies the fact and Jethalal leaves from there to find another rickshaw to go to the police station. Jethalal stops a rickshaw but the driver goes away as Jethalal had no money. Then two different goons come and force Jethalal to give all the money and his phone. Jethalal tells them that he is already lost his everything and he wants to go to the police station and he no single penny. The goons give 500 rs. to Jethalal and tell him to go. Jethalal goes to the police station and starts shouting. He tells Patil to call Pandeyji and he complains to Pandeyji about no tight security in their area. Jethalal explains everything to Pandeyji and tells him to write the complaint. Pandeyji refuses to write the complaint. They both have a fight and Pandeyji puts Jethalal behind the bars.
