Today’s Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah 2 May episode starts with Jethalal (Dilip Joshi) setting out of his home for a noble cause along with his friends in Gokuldham Society to expose Sevaklal. To help Jethalal in his sting operation, Bhide and Madhavi, Iyer and Babita, Komal and Dr Hathi, Anjali, Roshan, Goghi, Goli, Tapu, Abdul and Bawri reach Garib Nagar with hidden cameras fixed to their attire.
They enter Garib Nagar from different points to avoid getting caught. They even succeed in recording videos of Sevaklal handing over mobile phones to them and seeking their votes in return.
The first batch of mobile phones meant for distribution gets over, and Sevaklal’s workers wish to use the second batch. Jethalal fears he might get caught because the boxes don’t have mobile phones but papers inside them. Unfortunately, Jethalal gets caught for bringing empty boxes of mobile phones.
Sevaklal’s men ask all those involved with Jethalal to come forward and reveal their identities. To support Jethalal, Bhide and Madhavi, Iyer and Babita, Komal and Dr Hathi, Anjali, Roshan, Goghi, Goli, Tapu, Abdul and Bawri come forward.
