The episode starts with Jethalal in pain because after a vaccination injection. He trips and falls on the same hand and hurts himself even more. He screams so much that Babuji comes in. He tells him that the vaccine poke is hurting him and asks him if he isn’t hurting. But Bapuji says he isn’t in pain. Jethalal worries that he might lose his hand. Bapuji dismisses him.
Kappu calls out to him at the same time. He is feeling cold and the reason is probably because of the vaccination. He calls Hathi and tells him about the two of them and Hathi tells him he’ll come and check on them.
He checks up on Jethalal. He tells him that many symptoms are normal but his hand getting stuck is not. Hathi tells them that pain caused by injection will go away with another injection. Jethalal starts moving his hands in fear.
Next, he checks Kappu. He tells him that he doesn’t have a fever. They go to his room and realize that Kappu’s room’s AC is on which is why he is feeling cold. Kappu shut off the AC. Neither needs any medication. Soon Hathi leaves with his wife.
All three of them appreciate that they have him, a doctor living close to them. Hathi and his wife decide to check on the rest of them too. He goes around giving everyone advice on how to keep healthy. They go to Tukaram’s house before going to the Sodhi family.
At his home, he is reading a diary entry where he talks about the vaccination camp that he helped start that went successful and he tells his family that years later when he reads this again it will fill him with joy. Hathi comes and checks up on him too. The family thanks the two.
The whole family seems to be celebrating. They all seem to be doing fine. Roshan tells Hathi that they should go out and party. And Hathi refuses. His wife yells at Roshan nad Roshan makes an excuse says he was just testing him.
The episode ends with Hathi and his wife checking on all of them and they go home.
