Sodhi says that we all are here but no one is present to welcome us. Jethalal tells Popatlal to call Mr. Puri and enquire where they are. Popatlal says that we all are already here so why should we call them, they must be coming. Everyone is waiting but no one comes to welcome them. Then someone comes down from the staircase. All of them think that he must be Pratiksha’s father. Bhide introduces everyone to him and then Popatlal goes and takes his blessing and tells that taking father’s blessing is such a good thing. But then he adds that he is not Pratiksha’s father, he is Mr. Puri’s secretary. He requests everyone to sit down and gives their introduction to them and then Mr. and Mrs. Puri enters the living area. And the secretary introduces them to Gokuldam vasi.
Popatlal introduces himself and takes their blessing and everyone sits. Mrs. Puri asks them as to why they are all wearing yellow clothes. Popatlal tells them that Pratiksha loves yellow colour so all are wearing clothes to make Pratiksha happy. Mr. and Mrs. Puri are happy to see all of them respect their daughter’s choice. Then Mr.Puri asks Popatlal whether all of them are his family members. Then Popatlal tells them that we are neighbours and more than family. Popatlal is wondering as to where Pratiksha is and informs Babitaji to ask where Pratiksha is. Then one by one all ladies come forward, all of them wonder as to which one is Pratiksha but one is Pratiksha’s grandmother, other is the secretary’s wife and one is the maid. Then Mr. Puri tells Mrs. Puri called Pratiksha and came out.
Then a small girl comes out and all are shocked as they think that she is Pratiksha. But she is not Pratiksha, she is their neighbour. Mrs. Asha asks sweetie as to where Pratiksha is, she answers that she has gone to watch a movie. Everyone is shocked to listen this, then Mr. Puri tells everyone not to worry as she is joking. Everyone is relaxed. Then Prariksha comes down the staircase, everyone is mesmerised by seeing Pratiksha’s beauty. Popatlal gets up and greets Pratiksha.
