In today’s Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah episode, Popatlal comes to Bhide’s house and asks to return his gold. Bhide tells him to sit and have some juice as he returns from a long journey. Popatlal denies it and tells Bhide to return his gold. Madhavi says that they cannot return the gold as bad times are going on and they need to ask their guruji when to return the gold. Then Popatlal tells Bhide that he wants his gold now, then Madhavi rounds up the conversation and tells him that if he needs gold now then it will be bad luck. Then Popatlal agrees and calls his guruji to ask about a good time to return the gold. Then Bhide rushes into the bedroom to call Jethalal to ask about the gold. Bhide calls Jethalal but Jethalal cuts the call twice. Then later Jethalal picks up the call. Then Bhide asks him to return the gold as Popatlal is sitting in his house.
Then in Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, Jethalal is shocked as to how Popatlal came early today. Then Jethalal hides that he has given the gold to Babitaji and lies that he has kept the gold in the bank locker. Then Popatlal tries to call Jethalal to inquire about bank locker availability, but his call is busy. Then Bhide tells Jethalal to bring the gold back and cuts the phone. Then Popatlal asks Bhide as to what guruji said. Bhide says that Guruji has told them to wait for some time. Then Popatlal decides to wait at Bhide’s house and then he calls Jethalal to ask about the locker. Jethalal tells him not to worry as he will manage the locker for him, so he can keep all the gold he wants to keep. Then Popatlal asks Jethalal how he knows that he has gold.
Later in Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, Jethalal answers that no one told him, he just predicted. Then Popatlal asks Jethalal questions about everything and Jethalal denies answering and asks questions to Bhide, where he is now. Then Popatlal asks Jethalal how he knows that he is at Bhide’s house, then Jethalal shouts at Popatlal and cuts the phone. Then Jethalal calls Babita and tells her that he is coming to their house in some time to collect the gold box as Popatlal has returned from Nashik. Babita and Iyer are shocked to hear this as they have kept the gold with Anjali without Jethalal letting them know. Babita informs Jethalal that she will call him later. Babita calls Anjali to ask about the gold.
