In today’s Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah episode, Pandeyji removes the gold from the box and asks Jethalal if it’s his gold. Jethalal answers no. Then Pandeyji asks Jethalal if the gold is of Chachaji. Jethalal answers no. Then Pandeyji remembers what Bhide told him about what was in Popatlal’s jewellery box and the box found in Chachaji’s cupboard had similar jewellery. Then Pandeyji is happy as he found who the thief was and he solved the case this time. Then Pandeyji tells Patil to go and Call everyone here. Then Pandeyji brings the gold into the living room and arrests Jethalal. Then Pandeyji clicks a photograph with Jethalal as proof that he solved the case. Then Patil brings everyone up. Pandeyji welcomes everyone and shows them Popatlal’s gold and tells them that Jethalal robbed the gold.
Then in Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, everyone is shocked as they never imagined Jethalal would do something like this. Jethalal claims that he did not steal the gold. But nobody believes Jethalal and all are angry at Jethalal. Then Chachaji comes back from a temple visit and sees police officers outside their house. Chachaji gets tensed and asks them why they are here. Then the officer tells Chachaji to go inside and find out. Then Chachaji goes inside and sees Jethalal arrested and asks what happened. Then Pandeyji explains to Chachaji why Jethalal is arrested. Chachaji laughs and tells Pandeyji to leave Jethalal as he is not a thief. Pandeyji asks Chachaji what he is talking about. Then Chachaji tells everyone that he saw the gold in the living room and Jethalal was not home, so to teach Jethalal a lesson he kept the gold properly in the cupboard, thinking that Jethalal will search for the gold all day and learn a lesson.
Lastly in Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, Jethalal tells Pandeyji to leave him as he is not a criminal. Then Pandeyji adds that he will arrest Chachaji as well. Everyone is shocked to hear this and asks why Chachaji will be arrested. Pandeyji tells us that Chachaji just made up a story and told us. Chachaji tells Pandeyji that he did not do anything wrong, he thought that it was his daughter-in-law’s gold and he hid the gold only to teach Jethalal a lesson. Then Chachaji apologizes to Pandeyji. Then everyone tries to convince Pandeyji and tell him that Jethalal and Chachaji are not liars. Then Pandeyji agrees and tells Bhide to hand over the gold to Popatlal safely. Then Bhide warns everyone to not tell Popatlal and then Komal calls Goli and tells him that they found out where the gold was so now they can come back home. Goli becomes happy and screams happily that the gold has been found. Popatlal asks which gold he is talking about. Then Goli rounds up the conversation and tells Popatlal that he was talking about Soanpapdi.
