The episode of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah starts with Popatlal thinking that he needs to find a job, and if he does not get a job then he won’t get married.
Imaginary Popatlal says that he should do whatever work he gets. Popatlal says that he cannot do any other work as his life is to be a writer. Imaginary Popatlal gives him an idea, do whichever work he gets and keep searching for a reporter’s job. When he gets the reporter job he can leave his 1st job.
Imaginary Popatlal suggests him to make his biodata for work. Popatlal says that he doesn’t know how to make biodata. Imaginary Popatlal tells him that Taarak Mehta will help him. Imaginary Popatlal disappears. Popatlal says that he will freshen up and go to Taarak Mehta to make his biodata.
Meanwhile, Anjali gets tiffin for Taarak Mehta. He says that he is late for work. Anjali tells him that at least he has his job. Many people lost their job. Popatlal enters.
He asks Taarak Mehta to make biodata for him. Taarak says that he will surely help him.
Taarak makes Popatlal’s resume. Popatlal calls Abdul and asks him to get 40 copies of the resume.
Abdul gets back to Popatlal with his copies. Popatlal gives Abdul, Taarak and Anjali a copy of his resume and asks them to find a job for him.
Later, Popatlal goes to Jethalal’s house and gives his resume. He asks Jethalal to find a job for him.
