The episode of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah starts with Anjali saying that if she leaves the house, then Taarak will get chance to eat all junk food. Anjali says that she will stay in the house, but will never talk to Taarak.
Taarak says that there is only one person who will support him. Taarak calls Jethalal and asks him to come in society urgently.
Jethalal comes and asks Taarak what happened. Taarak explains Jethalal all the matter. Jethalal says that he believes that Taarak did not eat the pizza.
Jethalal then calls Anjali and explains to her that Taarak has never lied to him. Anjali says that Taarak has lied to her and she doesn’t want to talk to Taarak.
After some argument, Jethalal asks Taarak to come in a corner and convince him to apologize to Anjali.
Taarak then apologizes to Anjali and says that he ate pizza. Anjali says that she will never forgive Taarak. Champaklal then asks Anjali to forgive Taarak.
Anjali then asks Taarak to promise her that he will always eat diet food. Taarak promises Anjali that he will never eat pizza and always follow her diet.
Later, Dr Hati asks everyone what is wrong. Komal explains Dr Hati everything. Dr Hati says that he has a pair of specs in which he can see what food is there in their stomach. Tapu-Sena worries and thinks that the pizza matter is getting bigger and they might get caught.
