The episode of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah starts with Dr Hati telling that he has important glasses and a stethoscope which can detect what a person ate.
Tapu-Sena worries that if Dr Hati checks them, then everyone will come to know that Tapu-Sena ate pizza.
Taarak then asks Dr Hati to get the glasses and the stethoscope. Dr Hati goes and gets the stethoscope.
Anjali then asks Dr Hati to check Taarak and tell everyone if ate pizza or not.
Dr Hati then checks Taarak then says that Taarak did not eat pizza. Anjali asks if the stethoscope is working properly, and he every day checks the glasses and stethoscope on himself.
Anjali then apologizes to Taarak for creating a scene.
Champaklal says that now everyone can go home as everything is solved. Dr Hati asks everyone to wait and says that he needs to find who ate pizza in Taarak’s house.
Goli says that they need to go as they have to do their project. Dr Hati asks Tapu-Sena if they saw anyone going in Taarak’s house.
Champaklal says that Tapu-Sena was busy doing their project in Dr Hati’s house.
Komal says that Tapu-Sena was at Jethalal’s house. Champaklal says that Tapu-Sena was not in his house.
Bhide doubts Tapu-Sena and asks if they ate pizza in Taarak’s house. Dr Hati says that he will check Tapu-Sena and find out. Tapu-Sena worries.
After some argument, Goli confesses that Tapu-Sena ate pizza in Taarak’s house. Tapu-Sena apologizes to everyone.
Taarak says that Tapu-Sena made a mistake and he will punish them. Taarak says that Tapu-Sena has to eat Anjali’s diet food for 3days. Tapu-Sena worries and says that they will never repeat such a mistake.
Taarak then says that he is kidding and have forgiven them.
