The episode of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah starts with Bhide saying that he will start the meeting. Jethalal asks Bhide to wait as Iyer and Babita have not yet come.

Iyer then comes and says that Babita is not coming as she is angry. Jethalal worries. Babita comes and greets everyone. Jethalal asks Babita why she is angry. Babita then tells Jethala that Iyer pranked on him.

Madhavi then asks Bhide to start the meeting. Bhide then asks everyone to sit, and he starts the meeting.

Bhide then says that they have called the meeting to decide if they will have a New Year party or not. Everyone starts discussing. Bhide asks them to stop their conversation and say one by one about their decision.

Babita says that they will vote and then decide if they will have a party or not. Bhide says that those who want New Year party, they can go in Bhide’s right, and those who are against the party can go to Bhide’s left.

Bhide then makes a count and says that 14 people are against the party and 12 people want New Year party. Bhide then says this year they will not have new Year party as per majority.

Jethalal sees that Babita is upset as Bhide says that there will be no party. Jethalal then goes to Babita’s side and ask Bhide to make a count again.

Bhide says that the count is 12 people on both sides, so it is a tie and cannot decide.

Jethalal then says that Bapuji will come there and make the decision if they should have a party or not. Tapu-Sena goes out of the clubhouse to call Bapuji.
Tapu-Sena says that Bapuji needs to make an important decision so he has to come in the clubhouse.
