The episode of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah starts with Bapuji and Tapu making besan laddus for Jethalal. Tapu says Jethalal will get happy seeing his favourite laddu.
Bapuji says Jethalal must have got the order completed and will be very happy. Bapuji says Jethalal always loved besan laddu, so today to make Jethalal happy, he specially made the laddu.
Bapuji says the laddus and dal dhokli are ready, and Jethalal will get very happy seeing their surprise.
Meanwhile, Jethalal stands in the society compound and says he has to sell his shop to get rid of all problems. Jethalal says it will be very difficult to explain Bapuji his problems.
Jethalal returns home. Bapuji asks him how was his day. Jethalal says his day went well. Bapuji asks Jethalal is anything is wrong and why Jethalal seems upset. Jethalal says he is tired and needs rest.
Tapu shows him besan laddu and asks him to eat. Jethalal says he is not in the mood to eat sweets. Tapu asks him to taste the laddu. Jethalal scolds Tapu and says he is not in the mood and will directly go to sleep.
Bapuji goes to Jethalal and asks him to share his problem. Jethalal says he went to get some profit but ended up with a great loss.
Jethalal says Bhoghilal is out of money and cannot pay him. Jethalal says he has a pending bill to pay of Ramsung company, and they are not ready to take more orders.
Bapuji asks Jethalal what they can do further. Jethalal says there is only one option left, he has to sell his shop.
Bapuji says there is one more option. Bapuji says they can sell the land which they have in the village, and with that money, they can pay all the pending bills.
Jethalal says they can give their land on the mortgage, and then slowly they will clear the loan when everything gets solved.
