The episode of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah starts with Bapuji asking Jethalal if he knows anyone who can take the land on the mortgage and give them money.
Tapu says Sundar does that business and will help them. Bapuji asks Jethalal to call Sundar and ask if someone can help them.
Jethalal calls Sundar and says he needs Rs 40 lakhs. Sundar says he doesn’t have so much money. Jethalal says he doesn’t need money from Sundar.
Jethalal says he wants to keep his village land on the mortgage and get some money. Sundar says there is one person who is ready to buy the land now. Jethalal says he doesn’t want to sell his land. Bapuji says he wants to sell his land and need money by tomorrow.
Sundar says he will ask that person and let them know. Jethalal’s phone gets switched off, he goes and keeps his phone on charge.
Meanwhile, Aal gents gather at Abdul’s shop and waits for Jethalal. Taarak calls Jethalal and finds his phone switched off. Taarak says Jethalal will be worried so he switched off his phone.
They decide to go to Jethalal’s house and find out what is happening. They go to Jethalal’s house and ask Jethalal if he came with some solution.
Bapuji says they will sell their land and clear all their bill. Sundar calls Jethalal and says that there is a person who is ready to buy the land.
Sundar says the land is for 1 crore but the dealer says he can only pay Rs 75 lakhs by tomorrow. Jethalal says he is fine with it and needs money by tomorrow.
