The episode of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah starts with Bapuji going into Jethalal’s room and checking if Jayantilal is in his room.
Bapuji finds no one in Jethalal’s room. He returns to his room and informs Jethalal that it was a dream and no one is in his room. Jethalal says Jayantilal disappeared from his photo frame and entered his room.
Bapuji takes Jethalal into the living room and shows him Jayantilal’s photo frame. Jethalal sees Jayantilal in the frame and asks how this can happen. Bapuji says Jethalal dreamt about everything.
Jethalal says Jayantilal came into his dream and warned him that they should not sell their land which they got from the ancestors. Bapuji says he doesn’t want to discuss it, and they will sell their land tomorrow as they need money.
The next morning, Bapuji and Tapu go to the temple and pray that all Jethalal’s problem should get solved today.
Bhide meets Bapuji and asks if Sundar has come. Bapuji says Sundar will come in some time.
Sundar comes and greets everyone. Bapuji says they need to leave early to meet the agent who is buying their land. Taarak says he will be coming with them.
Then they go into their house and meet Jethalal. Sundar gives sweets to everyone and says he will do the deal properly. Jethalal says he doesn’t want to have any sweet and doesn’t want to sell the land.
Sundar says why did he change his mind. Bapuji says Jethalal saw Jayantilal in his dream, and he warned Jethalal that they should not sell the land.
Jethalal says he has decided that he will not sell the land. Bapuji says Jethalal respects Jayantilal, and he can understand that, but Jayantilal came into his dream also and said that he can sell the land.
