The episode of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah starts with Bapuji explaining his dream to Jethalal.
Bapuji says he was sleeping, but he heard Jayantilal’s voice. He went into the living room and saw Jayantilal. Bapuji says he took blessings from Jayantilal and asked him what happened. Jayantilal says he is very proud that Bapuji convinced Jethalal to sell their land. Jayantilal says land they can buy some other time but now more important is to save Jethalal’s business.
Bapuji then asks Jethalal whose dream Jethalal will respect. Jethalal says Jayantilal came into his dream and warned him. Bapuji says Jayantilal came into his dream and said that it is fine if they sell their land.
Sundar says the person who wants to buy the land is calling him, and they need to leave. Taarak also explains Jethalal that it is better they sell their land and save the business.
Everyone goes down in society compound and waits for the taxi. Jethalal asks Bapuji if Jayantilal really came into his dream. Bapuji says yes. Jethalal asks Bapuji to swear on him. Bapuji worries.
Jethalal says he knew Bapuji is lying. Jethalal then says he doesn’t want to sell his land. Bapuji says the land is on his name, and he will sell the land.
Jethalal takes the land paper and returns home. He hides the papers behind Jayantilal’s photo frame.
Everyone comes to Jethalal asking what is happening. Jethalal says he doesn’t want to sell his land.
Iyer says if Jethalal won’t sell the land, then how he will deliver 100 tabs. Jethalal says he can talk about it later, but now he doesn’t want to sell his land.
Sundar gets a call from the person who is ready to buy the land. Sundar informs him that his relative wanted to sell his land doesn’t want to sell his land anymore.
The person says he is ready to give 1 crore for the land. Sundar asks that person to talk to Jethalal. The person says that he is ready to pay 1 crore for the land and they should fix the deal.
Jethalal, Bhide and Sodhi recognise the voice and get shocked.
