The episode of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah starts with Jethalal asking Sundar, who is ready to buy their property.
Sundar says the person who is buying Jethalal’s land is very rich and asked him to keep his name secret until they meet for their deal.
Jethalal asks Sundar if the dealer is Bhoghilal. Sundar says yes. Jethalal says Bhoghilal is the one who has to pay him Rs 50 lakhs. Everyone gets shocked.
Sundar says the person Jethalal is talking to will be a different person. Jethalal asks Sundar to call Bhoghilal and ask him to meet.
Sundar calls Bhoghilal and says his relative is ready to sell the land. Bapuji tells Sundar to ask Bhoghilal about his father, Manilal. Sundar does the same. Bhoghilal says he lost his father a few years back.
Jethalal asks Sundar to asks Bhoghilal if he wants to sell his ‘Global Hotel’.
Bhoghilal says he doesn’t want to sell his hotel, and just wants to buy the land.
Jethalal gets angry and says he will punish Bhoghilal for lying. Sodhi and Bhide get angry and say they will also teach Bhoghilal a lesson.
Taarak says they to make a plan by which they can get Jethalal’s money without any problem.
Bapuji says if Jethalal doesn’t know where Jethalal lives then they can call Bhoghilal in Gokuldham society, and handle him in the society. Jethalal says they can do the deal in their house, and Bapuji can do the deal.
Jethalal says they have to remove all his photos from their house, and also, Bhide and Sodhi cannot come in front of him.
