The episode of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah starts with Bhoghilal seeing Tapu’s photo and asking who is he. Bapuji says Tapu is his grandson. Bhoghilal asks Bapuji where is his son. Bapuji says he lives separately with his wife and son.
Bhoghilal asks if Bapuji’s son doesn’t have any problem if he sells the land. Taarak says the land is on Bapuji’s name and doesn’t need his son’s permission.
Babita enters and serves water to Bhoghilal and his lawyer. Bhoghilal asks Babita who she is. Babita says she is Bapuji’s neighbour. Bhoghilal tries to flirt with Babita. All the ladies get angry and say they will punish Bhoghilal.
Babita asks if they want tea or coffee. Bhoghilal says he will take whatever Babita gets. Babita leaves.
Meanwhile, Tapu-Sena worries if everything is going right. Tapu says Jethalal should get all his money bag.
Back in Jethalal’s house, Bhoghilal asks Bapuji to show the property paper. Taarak shows the papers to Bhoghilal and asks him to read them. Bhoghilal asks Bapuji why he wants to sell his ancestor’s land. Bapuji says his son cannot handle their business well, and someone cheated on him, so he had to sell the land.
Bhoghilal asks what work his son does. Taarak says his son has a jewellery shop name ‘Gada Jeweller’. The lawyer reads all the papers and says that the papers are all right.
The lawyer gives Taarak the agreement papers. Taarak starts reading the agreement papers. Bhoghilal asks Taarak to read the paper properly.
