The episode of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah starts with Popatlal informing Dr. Hati that some people are taking advantage of the situation; they are stealing the medicines which are very important and are selling in black. Dr. Hati gets shocked. Popatlal says they will be doing a sting operation of the fraud people who are cheating with their country. Popatlal says he has not informed about this mission to anyone, not even Gokuldham members. Popatlal says he needs Dr. Hati’s help as he has more knowledge about all the medicines. Popatlal says their mission’smissions name is ‘Kala Kauwa’, in which Dr. Hati just has to make a deal with the smugglers. Dr. Hati worries.
Popatlal says if it’s not possible for Dr. Hati then he can deny doing their mission. Dr. Hati says for their country he can do anything. People are suffering to get medicine and the smugglers are selling 10 times more than the market rate and gaining income. Dr. Hati says he will do anything to expose the smugglers.
Bharti explains the plan to Dr. Hati. Popatlal says Dr. Hati has to meet Michael and he will lead Dr. Hati to the smugglers. Bharti gives a bag to Dr. Hati in which she has a pen with a camera that can record video and audio, a fake id, a fake beard and a new phone. Dr. Hati gets his make done and leaves for his mission.
Dr. Hati then goes to the hotel. A waiter asks him what he would like to have. Dr. Hati says he wants to meet Michael. The waiter takes Dr. Hati to Michael. Michael asks him what he wants. Dr. Hati says he wants injections and other medicines. Michael says he will get injections and medicines in any chemist shop. Dr. Hati says the code word ‘Cash Hai Tho Aish Hai’ and asks if he will get the medicines.
Michael asks him what is his name. Dr. Hati says his name is Dr. Malpani. Michael asks him how much injection he needs. Dr. Hati says 5000 for now and will give more orders of oxygen cylinder and vaccine. Michael asks him to go into Hotel Rang Tarangg, book a room in his name and wait in the room till they contact him. Michael takes Dr. Hati’s number and asks him to go to the Hotel. Dr. Hati leaves.
Later, Dr. Hati calls Popatlal through the driver’s phone and informs him everything. Popatlal asks Dr. Hati to go to the Hotel and do as Michael said. Popatlal says even he and Bharti will change their looks and reach the hotel.
Dr. Hati reaches the hotel asks the receptionist to book a room for him. The receptionist asks his name, on which he says Dr. Malpani. Another receptionist hears the name and smiles. Dr. Hati gives other details to the receptionist and they ask him to wait for some time until they clean the room.
Dr. Hati waits for his room to get ready and enjoys the welcome drink.
