The episode of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah starts with Bhide calling Popatlal and asking if Jethalal got the order. Popatlal says it’s a big order and will take some time. Bhide says Popatlal doesn’t have to struggle more for his pickle order. Bhide says he also has thought of some good schemes. Popatlal says he is busy doing the deal. He asks Bhide not to call him, he will call from the front when his work is done. Bhide says he will send audio to Popatlal with the scheme, and Popatlal and send it to the hotel manager. Popatlal agrees and disconnects the call. He sees Jethalal returning to his room. Bharti says they will meet Jethalal and find out what happened.
Popatlal takes Bharti back to their room and says they cannot talk to Jethalal in public. Bapuji asks Jethalal what happened. Jethalal says he met Michael, said the codeword but Michael did not react to it, he said that he cannot under what he is talking and asked him to leave. Popatlal calls Jethalal and asks what happened and if he made the deal. Jethalal explains that Michael did not react to the codeword. Popatlal asks if Jethalal recorded their conversation. Jethalal says his pen video recorder was on. Popatlal asks Bagha to take the pen and meet Bharti behind the hotel.
Bagha drops the pen in the garden, Bharti notices that and takes the pen after Bagha leaves. Popatlal sees the video and says Jethalal met the same person and also said the correct codeword. Popatlal calls Jethalal and says that he did everything right, but after Dr. Hati’s scene, they must have got alert and must have changed their code word. Popatlal calls his informant and asks if he can find the new codeword. The informant says that he overheard someone’s conversation and learned about the old codeword but now he cannot help Popatlal. Popatlal calls Jethalal and asks him to meet at the pool.
Later, Jethalal, Bagha and Bapuji enjoy their time in the pool. Popatlal comes then and tells them that there is someone in the hotel who is keeping eye on them.
