The episode of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah starts with Sanjana saying that she comes to take a gift from Rajamani, but Popatlal gave her a shock. Sanjana asks Popatlal why he is telling Sanjana about his secret mission. Popatlal says me with make the scenario romantic and then tell her. Popatlal whistles. Some guys in a boat play romantic music for Sanjana. Popatlal kneels and expresses his feelings towards Sanjana. Popatlal says he wants to marry Sanjana. Sanjana says she feeling like slapping Popatlal. Popatlal asks if he said anything wrong. Sanjana says she cannot marry Popatlal. Popatlal asks Sanjana if she is married. Sanjana says she is not yet married, but she wants a simple man and not a reporter who go on such a dangerous mission. Popatlal tries to convince Sanjana. Sanjana says she doesn’t want to listen to anything and even she will tell everyone about Popatlal’s mission. Sanjana leaves.
Bharti asks Popatlal what happened. Popatlal says that their plan has turned back in them. Bharti asks Popatlal to get into Rajamani’s disguise. Popatlal comes in Rajamani’s disguise and calls Jethalal. He asks Jethalal to come into his room immediately.
Sanjana goes to Dipti and asks her to come outside. Dipti meets Sanjana in a corner. Sanjana says their business is exposed. Sanjana tells Dipti that Rajamani is Popatlal and he is a report, he has come to expose their business and is trying to do a sting operation. Sanjana tells Dipti that Popatlal fell in love with her so he confessed everything to her. Dipti worries. Sanjana says Popatlal is very brave and faithful towards his work, he has won Gold Crow Award twice and can be dangerous for their business.
Popatlal returns to his room and thinks they made a big mistake. Dipti tries to call her boss. Jethalal, Bapuji and Bagha come to Popatlal’s room. Popatlal tells Jethalal that he got the wrong information and Sanjana is very innocent. Popatlal says Sanjana left in anger and said she will expose Popatlal’s secret to all the staff. He says that if the smuggler comes to know about their mission then they will change the business location and then they cannot expose the dealers. Bharti tells Popatlal that they can check out from the hotel so that everyone will think that their mission got failed so they left. Popatlal says it’s a good idea, the smugglers will continue their business as they check out from the hotel. Popatlal says he can keep an eye on everyone from some other hotel.
Dipti calls her boss and informs him about Popatlal. The boss says they have to lay a trap for Popatlal so that Popatlal cannot reach them. The boss explains the plan to Sanjana and asks Dipti and Sanjana to work on it.
