The episode of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah starts with Jethalal and Bapuji returning to the room. Bapuji asks Jethalal where is his bag in which he bought the kadha. Jethalal says he gave it to Taarak. Bapuji says he wanted to drink the kadha, so he will take some from Taarak. Jethalal asks Bapuji to skip the kadha and try some other juice.
Taarak, Bhide, Sodhi and Iyer go to Rishi to ask if they have a hall as they have a small celebration. Rishi takes them to their best hall and says they will do the decoration and provide food. Bhide asks the price of the hall. Rishi says due to lockdown, they have kept some discount; the original rates of the hall are 15lakhs per day and with their discount, they will get at 7lakhs. Bhide worries. Taarak says they don’t need such a big hall and asks him to show another hall.
Rishi takes them to the 2nd hall. Taarak asks him the rates. Rishi says the rates of the hall are 3lakhs per day. Taarak explains to Rishi that they have a small function in which they will honour Popatlal. Rishi takes them to a hall which will be perfect according to their budget. Taarak books the hall and asks Rishi to do the best decorations. Bhide then sees Tapu-Sena playing in the pool. He asks them to get fresh and get ready for the evening’s function.
Later, Everyone gets ready for the function and gathers at the location. Everyone gets amazed to see the decoration. Bhide asks Tapu-Sena to get Popatlal, Bharti, Jethalal, Dr. Hati, Bapuji and Bagha. Tapu-Sena gets everyone.
