The episode of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah starts with Iyer says everyone will come on time but Jethalal will come later and the function will be delayed. Taarak asks Iyer not to spoil Jethalal’s name. Iyer says Jethalal always comes late and will come late today also. Jethalal comes and asks who he is talking about. Sodhi says they were talking about Jethalal. Jethalal asks Bhide if this was his surprise to call Jethalal into the hall and insult him. Bhide apologises to Jethalal and asks Iyer to apologise too.
Komal praises all the members who took part in the mission Kala Kauwa. Bhide asks Jethalal, Bapuji, Bagha, Popatlal, Bharti and Dr Hati to have a seat. Bhide is about to start the function, but Madhavi calls him near her. She tells Bhide that she thinks they have missed something. Bhide says he got everything – flowers, gifts and Cake too. Madhavi asks Bhide if he got the shawl. Bhide worries and says he forgot to get the shawl.
Tapu asks Bhide if anything is wrong. Bhide tells Tapu that he forgot to get the shawl. Tapu asks Bhide not to worry, he will arrange something. Tapu leaves with Gogi.
Bhide introduces himself and then welcomes everyone. He calls Taarak on the stage for the further function. Taarak praised Popatlal and his team. He also says some Poems to motivate everyone.
Komal says that now Popatlal has to tell everyone about the mission in detail. Popatlal starts his story. He says a few days back he was returning home, at that time his informant gave him the information about the smuggler and how to reach the middle man. Popatlal says he has to meet the middle man, Michael and tell him a code word. He says the code word was Cash Hai Toh Aish Hai.
Popatlal says he included Bharti and Dr. Hati in the mission. He says that their mission was secret, so he did not let anyone know about it. Popatlal says he is proud of Dr. Hati who got ready to support him after learning about the mission. Everyone praises Dr. Hati.
The hotel staff says Gokuldham members live like a family, and in their buildings neighbours just fight.
