The episode of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah starts with all the gents gathering at Abdul’s shop and discussing Ganesh Utsav. Taarak asks how his preparations are going. Jethalal says that he has already announced a scheme and the sale is going well with Ganesh’s blessing. Popatlal says they appreciate Bhide as they all are busy with their work, but Bhide is doing all Ganesh Utsav preparations with Tapu-Sena. Jethalal says Bhide did the entire decoration well. Bhide arrives there. Sodhi asks Abdul to make masala soda for Bhide.
Dr. Hati says Bhide worked all day behind Ganesh Utsav decoration but did not get tired at all. Bhide says when it comes to Lord Ganesh, then he gets 100 people’s energy in him. Bhide says there is a story behind this excitement. Bhide says when he was small that time he didn’t have friends, so his father introduced him to Lord Ganesh and says that Lord Ganesh is his real friend. Bhide says from that day he used to make small idols at every Ganesh Utsav and alone do all other preparations of Ganesh Utsav. Bhide then narrates all 108 names of Lord Ganesh.
Later, Bhide says he will do all the remaining arrangements tomorrow and then they will go to take Lord Ganesh the next day. Bhide returns home and tells Madhavi that Tapu-Sena has done their part well and their decoration is almost done. Bhide says the day after tomorrow, Lord Ganesh will come into their society with all the respect and they all will serve Lord Ganesh.
At midnight, Mushak comes to Bhide. Bhide wakes and cannot believe that he is seeing Mushak in his room. Bhide follows Mushak and goes into the society compound. Lord Ganesh appears there and greets Bhide. Bhide gets pleased to see Lord Ganesh. Bhide says he cannot believe his eyes. Lord Ganesh says people will not believe him if he comes in reality, so he has come in Bhide’s dream. Bhide says he believes that Lord Ganesh can appear in reality also.
Lord Ganesh says every year Bhide gets excited for Ganesh Utsav and gets Lord Ganesh into Gokuldham society with all respect. Lord Ganesh says he wants to tell him something. Bhide says he will do whatever he asks. Lord Ganesh asks Bhide not to come to take him, he will come on his own. Bhide gets confused and asks how he will come on his own. Lord Ganesh asks Bhide if he believes him. Bhide says that he trusts Lord Ganesh more than himself. Lord Ganesh asks Bhide not to come to take him, he will come on his own. Lord Ganesh disappeared.
Bhide worries and wakes up from his sleep. Bhide goes into the society compound and tries to search for Lord Ganesh. Bhide realises that it was a dream. He thinks how Lord Ganesh will come to their society on his own and worries.
