The episode of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah starts with Bhide coming down in a hurry without wearing a kurta. Abdul tells Bhide that he hasn’t worn a kurta. The Mahila Mandal is busy shopping for vegetables. Babita tells Bhide that Madhavi won’t be home or else she would have never sent him down without wearing a kurta. Bhide tells Babita that Madhavi and Sonu have gone shopping for her brother Vinayak who is coming home today. Bhide starts the scooter in a hurry and Popatlal stops him by saying that even though he is getting late for his work, he asks Bhide to give him a ride. Bhide refuses him and starts the scooter in a rush and it hits Chacha Ji. Bhide apologizes to Chachaji and leaves for the Tailor. Bhide reaches the shop and asks Zakhir Bhai to do patchwork on Madhavi’s saree. Zakhir Bhai tells him that he will get the patchwork done by tomorrow evening. Bhide tells him that it’s very urgent for him as his wife needs to wear the saree today. Zakhir Bhai tells Bhide that it won’t be possible. Bhide sees Madhavi and Sonu coming into the shop and he hides. Sonu and Madhavi ask Zakhir Bhai to stitch a dress and they leave. Bhide tells Zakhir Bhai that he will go somewhere else as he needs the saree to be patched today itself. Bhide visits 2-3 shops but everyone denies doing the Patchwork.
