In the beginning, Popatlal informs Hathi about pest control in his house and asks if they can accept Sneha’s family into their house in today’s episode of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah. Hathi replies he doesn’t mind. Popatlal leaves the second family at Dr Hathi’s house and heads to Bhide’s residence to see Gungun.
Bhide approaches him at the door and inquires as to what is going on and why he has been labelled mentally sick. Popatlal explains the problem to him and urges him to comprehend. Popatlal meets Gungun’s family. Gungun expresses her delight at meeting Popatlal. Gungun’s family introduces themselves, and they get along swimmingly with Popatlal, except for Sathish’s yawning, which causes everyone to be disturbed.
Popatlal receives a call from Hathi just as they are ready to begin discussing marriage. Popatlal lies and says he’s getting a call from his informer with crucial news, so he excuses himself and goes downstairs to receive the call.
