The episode of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah starts with Popatlal getting a call from Bhide. Popatlal tells Sneha that he is getting a call from a secret agent regarding his work and he has to attend this call. Popatlal gets outside and goes to Bhide’s house from the balcony using a ladder. Bhide tells him that he will have to choose between Gungun and Sneha ASAP or else there will be a lot of trouble. Popatlal gets inside and asks Gungun’s parents if he could talk to their daughter in private. Asha agrees and Gungun and Popatlal go to Bhide’s room. Popatlal asks Gungun about her likes and dislikes. Gungun tells Popatlal that she likes singing and travelling. Gungun tells Popatlal that she liked Popatlal the moment she saw him on TV.
Gungun tells Popatlal that she likes how he prioritizes his work first. Popatlal likes Gungun and decides that he will get married to her and that he will ditch Sneha. Popatlal gets a call from Dr Hathi and popatlal tells Dr Hathi to say no to Sneha and his family. Dr Hathi gets shocked after listening to Popatlal and tells him that he should come to his house for a while and then decide if he wants to say yes or no. Popatlal tells Gungun that he has to attend to an urgent call from his office and he goes to the balcony and gets down with the help of a ladder and goes to Dr Hathi’s house. After seeing the smile and excitement on Sneha’s face about marriage, Popatlal is unable to say no and gets confused between both the girls.
