The episode of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah begins with Taarak reading the poem ‘Boss the sher’ to Shubhankar sir. He reads the whole poem. Taarak’s boss says that your employees get irritated with you and then do these types of things. On this, Shubhankar sir replies very calmly that, ”it’s fine”. According to him employees get irritated because of Boss itself. Bosses should treat their employees as their best friends, he adds.
Taarak and Iyer get flabbergasted because they expected some other reaction than this. Iyer apologies to his sir. To that Shubhankar sir tells to stop that poem topic and concentrate on dinner and he’ll talk to Iyer the next day in the office. Iyer gets scared that he would lose his job. So, Taarak finally stands and says that it was him who wrote this for his boss. However, they don’t believe him and even say that, don’t try to save Iyer. And they stop the topic and eat dinner. Taarak and Iyer are worried about their job.
After dinner Taarak’s boss gets his wife’s call and so leaves the hotel. Iyer then apologies again. On this now Shubhankar sir says don’t apologise as he knows the whole story. On questioning, Jhetalal appears and says that he told the whole story to Shubhankar sir. Iyer again apologizes to Shubhankar sir. So, he says that, if any employee writes this type of poem then he would not scold him rather, will try to find why he wrote as what mistake he did. Jhetalal, Taarak and Iyer praise him. Later, he leaves and they all go to have dinner.
