All the vendors reach Gokuldham Society with their Diwali products. Bhide, Abdul and Dr Haathi stop them and ask why they are here. One of the vendors says that the lady secretary said them to open stalls in their Society. Bhide says that without his permission, they can’t open any stall in the Society. Bhide says that he is the secretary and he denies opening any stall and requests them to leave. The vendor says that Gokuldham Mahila Mandal mocked them and starts to load all the products.
Meanwhile, all Mahila Mandal arrives and asks them why are they leaving. They said that the secretary is not allowing them to open any stall there. Madhavi goes to Bhide and says what is the problem. Bhide says that he cannot allow anyone anyhow to open any stall in society. Madhavi requests him. Still, he denies it. So, all the Mahila Mandal start watchword about ‘naari shakti zindabaad’. Later, Chacha Ji arrives and ask what is happening. Madhavi explains the whole story. So Chachaji says that it is a nice gesture and says Bhide to grant permission. Bhide can’t help as he says that he has to ask each and every member of society. Popatlaal arrives. He asks what is happening. Madhavi tells the story and Popatlal agrees and grants permission.
Elsewhere, Bagha request Jethalal for 10 days holiday as he wants to go to Himachal with Bavri. Jethalal offers him Chota Kashmir. Later, Bhide calls him and asks him to urgently reach Gokuldham. He denies it as it’s Diwali season. Therefore, Bhide takes every men member to the conference and asks for permission. Each and every person grants permission.
