The episode starts with changing the game. Tejo is still in shock that Fateh is leaving his family and community to move to Canada for good. She also hopes he is content with Jasmine. She believes that, much as Jasmine had a fantasy of moving to Canada, Fateh had a dream of marrying Jasmine. Fateh is also in anguish since he has caused so much misery to Tejo and his family. Tejo later goes home and discovers Jasmine with Sandhus. She does not appear in front of Jasmin after witnessing the latter execute the parting ceremonies without engaging the family.
She informs them that she is leaving for Canada and will not return to see them. Tejo is the only one who blesses her with a great heart, while the rest of her family curses her. Tejo weeps quietly but is noticed by Jasmin, who doesn’t give a damn about her. Tejo had told Jasmine that if she didn’t change her ways, the hoped-for win would turn into a crushing defeat. When Fateh presents the next surprising surprise for Jasmin, the same thing will happen.
Jasmin meets the Sandhus and infuriates them even more with her arrogant and callous demeanour. Jasmin informs Bebe that she has come to perform a sacred ceremony. She becomes upset as she reminisces about their history. Jasmin annoys the family by telling them she is going to Canada when they expected Tejo to accompany Fateh. She informs Tejo that he would be left behind with the family.
Fateh hopes for Tejo happiness and that she forgets the pain he has caused her. Tejo requests that he look for Jasmine and himself. Jasmin is still causing problems for the family. Jasmin asserts her ownership of the family and their belongings. Jasmin also disagrees with him. Rupy urges Jasmine to go and never return to their family again. Jasmin accepts to go and depart. Jasmin isn’t fond of her family’s cries. Tejo arrives home and discovers Jasmin with the family. She does not approach Jasmine and hides behind the fence to avoid being seen by her. Tejo weeps at her sister’s departure, while Jasmine goes to great lengths to disrespect Tejo.
Rupy reaches out to touch her, but Jasmin stops him. Jasmin accuses everyone of being mistaken about their stance, claiming that they had indoctrinated her to always have Canadian aspirations. Rupy, Satti, and Bebe chastise Jasmin for her disputes and finger-pointing. Jasmin irritates them by doing her bidaai in the manner she prefers. Jasmin tosses the rice as part of the bidaai rite and walks away, keeping an eye on Tejo at the gate.
