In the beginning, Fateh is saddened to witness his family sobbing at the start of the episode, but Jasmin is too self-centred to focus only on herself. Fateh and Jasmin arrive at the airport, where Jasmin acts completely out of character. Tejo, on the other hand, wishes Fateh and Jasmine continued happiness. She claims that all she wanted was for Fateh and Jasmine to be blessed by both families.
Rupy was well aware that Tejo would act in this manner for the benefit of the family. He wants her to forget about her family, Fateh and Jasmin, and concentrate only on herself. Tejo explains that she didn’t want Fateh and Jasmine’s wedding to take place without the elders’ approval and attendance, so she enlisted the aid of Angad to plan the phoney engagement drama and persuade the seniors to attend the wedding. Fateh pulls Jasmin aside just as she is about to board the plane. She inquires as to what he is doing and why. Fateh’s second surprise, to halt Jasmin and ruin her aspirations in the dying moments, comes as a surprise to Jasmin.
Fateh confronts Jasmin about all the atrocities she committed to humiliate and destroy Tejo. Jasmin’s wickedness will be revealed. Tejo misses Fateh terribly, whilst Jasmin is ecstatic to travel to Canada. When Fateh and Jasmin arrive at the airport, they are greeted with yet another surprise. Fateh keeps an eye on Jasmin as she dances and celebrates with her pals. He advises her to take her time and make a decision on her marriage to Angad, after which she may travel wherever she wants, but only with Angad. Tejo informs him that she staged the engagement with Angad to obtain the family’s approval for Fateh and Jasmin. He had no idea Tejo would go to such lengths for Fateh and Jasmin. Fateh tells Jasmine that they need to hurry since they are running late for their trip.
