The episode of Yeh Hai Chahatein starts with Preesha finding rangoli colour on Kabir’s slippers. While everyone is having breakfast Preesha walks in and says that she had taken Chennai ayurvedic center’s appointment for Kabir’s treatment and that there is a bed available. Rudra gets excited about it. But Sulochana says that they should first get married. Preesha tells them that Kabir might lose an opportunity to get better medical treatment. Rudra says that marriage can be done later and convinces Sulochana and Kabir to agree.
They all go to the hospital. Sulochana says that she will be grateful to Preesha if her son starts walking. Preesha thinks to herself that she will be happy when their plan is exposed. Ward boy comes and takes Kabir to the treatment room. The doctor puts hot oil on his legs to awaken his dead nerves. Preesha thinks that Kabir won’t be able to take the pain and would stand up but Kabir controls his pain.
Sulochana applies ointment on his injuries. Kabir says that this is all Preesha’s plan but he will tolerate all the pain until they get Rudra’s wealth. The doctor assures Preesha that Kabir isn’t pretending as he tolerated the hot oil. But Preesha insists that he is lying and asks the doctor to continue the false treatment. The next day the doctor starts cold treatment on Kabir. He makes him sit on an ice block for 2-3 hours. The doctor asks Kabir if he is feeling anything. Kabir controls the pain and says nothing. The doctor stops the treatment and tells the ward boy to take Kabir out of the treatment room. The doctor tells Preesha that he won’t continue this false treatment as Kabir is really disabled. No one can endure so much pain. Kabir feels cold, Sulochana puts a hot pack on his legs and says that she will take revenge on Preesha. Preesha requests the doctor to do one last thing and he agrees.
Precap: Doctor performs electronic shock treatment on Kabir and he stands up. Preesha tells the doctor to inform Rudra that Kabir was acting.
