Today’s Yeh Hai Mohabbatein 26 July episode begins with Ruhi (Aditi Bhatia) and Karan entering Arijit’s house when he tried to cover up his crime. Arijit didn’t want them to find Raman (Karan Patel) at his place. He tried his best to get rid of them. Karan stayed adamant that they will stay with him, after all Arijit had made a big favor on him by handing over the new project of his company. He told Arijit that this would be a small help from his side to stay back and take care of Arijit until he got fine. Arijit told Karan that he was feeling better now and Karan could go home. Ruhi acted thankful to Arijit for trusting Karan’s talents. Karan and Ruhi stayed with him.
They got busy in the talks. Arijit made excuses and tried to send them. Ruhi told him that she had to use the washroom. Arijit worried and went to show the way. Karan quickly searched his house to find any clue. Ruhi also tried to find if there was anything weird. Arijit wondered why they came all of a sudden and making delays to leave. The family was worried that Sunita had lied to Simmi, Ruhi and Karan when they visited to meet Ishita. They realized that Sunita wanted to tell them the truth about Ishita still being at the asylum. They wondered the situation how Ishita got trapped there. Simmi told Yug that they have to find out.
Yug went to the asylum to meet Ishita. He wanted Sunita to tell him the truth. Arijit suspected Ruhi. She told him that she would be leaving now. She heard some sound from the locked room. Arijit checked on Raman and asked his assistant to keep the door locked. Ruhi informed Karan about the locked room. Karan questioned Arijit about it. Arijit lied to them. Karan and Ruhi didn’t listen to him and got inside the room only to find Arijit’s servant. Arijit told them that his servant had come from the village in the morning. He sent Karan and Ruhi away. Karan told Ruhi that Arijit was surely hiding something. Arijit hid Raman from them. Yug tried to know about Ishita at the asylum. He learned that Ishita was not there. He got relieved and thought she would have escaped. Mani asked Karan if he found any clue against Arijit. Karan told Mani that he didn’t get any proof, but Arijit’s behavior was really weird. He wanted to go to Arijit’s house again. Yug came home and informed them that Ishita wasn’t at the asylum.
Mani asked Karan and Yug to forget the tensions about Ishita. He asked them to find clues against Arijit by a proper planning. Arijit wanted to shift Ishita since her family was visiting the asylum often. He told Sunita that he had made the ward boy lie to Yug about Ishita. He threatened Sunita again. She felt sorry that she failed to save Ishita. Arijit took Ishita with him. Ishita got conscious and found herself trapped. Ishita wanted to run away. Yug missed Ishita and cried. He shared his sorrow with Aaliya. He wanted Raman and Ishita back. He regarded them his parents. Aaliya calmed him. Ishita wondered who had kidnapped her. She tried to contact the family. Karan and Ruhi learned about Ishita. Arijit fell in their trap and thought Ishita had escaped. He rushed to check on Ishita and Karan followed him.
