Today’s Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai 29 May episode starts with Kartik (Mohsin Khan) falling hard on the ground after succumbing to a head injury and while the goons ht him Naira (Shivangi Joshi) is pleading them to let him go. The goons snatch Naira’s ring. Naira stops them from taking away her precious ring. Kartik fails to help Naira. One of the goons tries to assault Naira but Mihir comes and saves them.
Mihir and Naira take Kartik to the hospital. Naira and Kartik return to the Goenka house from the hospital. The family members get panicky on seeing his injuries. Mihir narrates the entire incident to Goenka family members. Kartik gets angry and starts throwing stuff. He vents out his frustration on not being able to save Naira.
Suddenly, Kartik wakes up from his dream. Manish thanks Mihir for saving Kartik and Naira from the difficult situation. Kartik gets a panic attack when he recalls the incident. Naira comes to him and consoles him. She takes proper care of Kartik. The next morning, Naira’s health takes a turn for the worse.
Niara says that she has been fasting for Kartik’s wellbeing. Soon after Mihir calls Kartik and tells him that he needs to speak to Naira.
