Today’s episode begins with Abhira talking to Swarna on call. As she shows Swarna Armaan helping Ruhi, Swarna advises her to be careful, as relationships may become messy due to this. Abhira ignores this. However, Ruhi is upset as she suddenly remembers Rohit. Armaan calms Abhira and goes to Ruhi to console her.
Ruhi expresses her concern, revealing that whenever she tries to move on, it makes her feel guilty. Armaan agrees with her, but he motivates her to move on. Abhira also comes into the room. As Ruhi goes to sleep, she takes Rohit’s name, and Abhira stays with her.
Ruhi gets frustrated with Abhira’s concern and care the next day and shouts rudely at her. Abhris is upset, and Ruhi starts vomiting. Armaan helps Ruhi, and Abhira feels low seeing Armaan and Ruhi. Later, Ruhi goes out and drinks coffee, leading to severe stomach pain. Abhira leaves her meeting and heads to the hospital.
