Today’s episode begins with Ruhi regaining consciousness, but she faces difficulty breathing. Rohit calls the doctor quickly. On the other hand, Kiara, Charu, Aryan, and Krish enjoy playing with the new baby. Manish updates everyone about Ruhi’s condition. Abhira and Armaan runs to see Ruhi. Abhira brings the baby near Ruhi, who panics and slowly sleeps.
The doctor reveals that Ruhi’s condition is better and she is recovering. Manish credits the arrival of the baby as the reason. Manish gives the baby to Armaan, and Rohit stands still. Armaan feels guilty and expresses his feelings to Ruhi. He begs pardon from her and worries about his situation.
Vidya makes Laddoos for the baby and begins the preparations. Kaveri asks her if she has made post-pregnancy laddoos for Abhira. Kaveri warns Vidya and tells her not to do any work related to the kid until she forgives Abhira and Armaan. Abhira sees a scary dream, and Armaan consoles her. Armaan’s guilt is eating him. On the other hand, Kaveri keeps Vidya away from the baby, creating a critical moment.
