In the upcoming episode, Abhira (Samridhii Shukla) tells Armaan they must go to the temple for their child. Armaan looks confused, wondering how. While Ruhi and Rohit halt the puja at the temple, Abhira and Armaan come disguised as dancers for their child. Ruhi and Rohit appreciate Abhira and Armaan’s smart play, which Sanjay notices and decides to transfer the news to Kaveri.

Today’s episode begins with housemates bringing Ruhi to the hospital. A doctor takes Ruhi inside Armaan, and Abhira also heads to enter the room, but Sanjay stops them, highlighting that if Kaveri had been here, she wouldn’t have allowed them to stand. Abhira criticizes Sanjay’s behavior, while Manish says that Abhira is meeting Ruhi as a sister, not as a Jethani.
Ruhi regains consciousness and calls Armaan and Abhira inside, but Vidya goes in. Armaan, Abhira and Rohit look tense as Vidya make faces. As everyone enters the room, Vidya announces Ruhi’s pregnancy. Everyone becomes happy, and Abhira hugs Ruhi. Armaan looks upset and confused as everyone congratulates Ruhi instead of Abhira. However, Ruhi congratulates Abhira.
Later, Armaan goes to pay Ruhi’s bill, expressing his frustration that everyone should congratulate them. Armaan wishes to expose the truth, and so does Rohit. But Abhira stops him, asking to reveal the truth later. Ruhi also agrees and tells the truth after the delivery. Armaan looks tense while Abhira makes him understand that housemates will pressure Ruhi, which will make it problematic for the baby.
