The episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai starts with Manish meeting Mr Chauhan. Kartik gets a call so he leaves. Manish introduces himself and asks him to meet Kartik. Manish learns that Kartik is not there. Sirat thanks Kartik for coming. Kartik says it was his mistake, he did not realize that there was a bike parked behind his car. Ranvir says it’s good that Sirat recognized Kartik’s car. Sirat says if she would have not recognized the car then Ranvir would have crushed his car. Ranvir asks Sirat not to taunt him again and again. Kartik says Ranvir has to bear it for a lifetime as he is marrying Sirat. Kartik says he will move his car. Ranvir thanks Kartik and leaves with Sirat.
Meanwhile, Manish tells Narendra Nath Chauhan that he is busy for few days, but will plan the next meeting soon. He says that he is busy with a family wedding. Chauhan asks if Manish’s son is getting married. Manish says his son’s friend is getting married and they are looking after the arrangements. Manish invites Chauhan to come to the hotel and meet his family and attend the wedding. Chauhan asks Manish to text him the address and he will be there. Chauhan gives a file and asks Manish to read their proposal so that they can make a deal in the next meeting. Chauhan leaves. Kartik comes and asks about the meeting. Manish says Mr. Chauhan had another meeting to attend so he left.
Meanwhile, Ranvir drops Sirat at her hostel. Sirat says she always wanted a family like Kartik but did not get it. Ranvir says both fates are on the same track. Sirat says family is the most important thing in life. She leaves. Ranvir thinks about Sirat’s words and calls Nidhi. Ranvir informs her that he is getting married to Sirat and asks if she can come. Ranvir’s mom takes the phone and talks to him. She asks him if he is okay. Ranvir says he is fine and is getting married to Sirat. Ranvir invites his mom and Nidhi to his wedding. Ranvir realizes that he made mistake by punishing his mother for his father’s mistake.
Later, Suwarna says Sirat has no dress for her Mehendi. Sirat comes and says her Mehendi cannot happen tomorrow. Kartik asks what is the matter. Sirat shows her knuckles. Kartik asks Sirat if she was fighting without gloves. Sirat says it was her challenge and she completed it. Kartik applies herbal paste on Sirat’s knuckles and asks her to rest, and that she will be fine.
The next day, Sirat gets ready for her Mehendi. She worries as she cannot find her earrings. Nani says her earrings are in her cupboard. Nani says she will miss Sirat after their wedding. Sirat asks if Nani will not come with her. Nani denies. Sirat worries about Nani. Kartik comes and tells Sirat that he will take care of Nani as his mother and she will live with them. Kartik says Sirat can come to meet Nani whenever she wants.
Kartik motivates Sirat. He asks Sirat to comes as their Mehendi ritual will start. Sirat asks Kartik if he will forget her after she leaves.
