The episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai starts with Sirat asking Kartik if he will forget her. Suwarna asks Sirat to come as the Mehendi ritual is about to start. Kartik asks Sirat to come. Sirat asks Kartik if he will forget her or come to meet her. Kartik says he will come to meet her and asks her to go. Sirat says in 2 days she is leaving, then everyone will miss her. Kartik asks Sirat to get ready for her function.
Suwarna applies Mehendi on Sirat’s hand. Surekha stops her and says Mehendi should come from Sasural. Sirat and Nani say Surekha is right. Surekha says Mehendi is always sent from the girl’s Sasural. Nidhi comes and says she brought Mehendi for Sirat. Sirat gets happy and hugs Nidhi. Sirat introduces Nidhi to everyone. Nidhi says their mother has sent Mehendi for Sirat. Kartik meets Nidhi. She thanks Kartik for reuniting Ranvir and Sirat. Kartik asks Nidhi to wait for some time.
Nidhi sees that Suwarna has applied some Mehendi on Sirat’s hand and continues further. Suwarna, Surekha recollect their Mehendi function. Surekha says Naira did not like Mehendi, but yet she applied Mehendi for Kartik. Kartik hears them. He says that he is perfectly fine and leaves. Sirat thinks Kartik must be missing Naira. She gets up and goes to search Kartik. She collides with Kartik. Sirat asks him if everything is okay. Kartik says he is fine and asks Sirat to enjoy her function.
Ranvir comes to meet Sirat. Kartik and Ranvir dance to make Sirat happy. Ranvir signs Kartik and asks him to keep everyone busy. Ranvir takes Sirat in a corner. Ranvir says he bought a gift for Sirat. Ranvir cannot find his gift. Ranvir asks Sirat to wait. Kartik comes there and asks Sirat to come back to the function.
Narendra Nath Chauhan comes to meet Manish in the hotel. He hears Ranvir’s voice and gets happy. He sees Sirat and Ranvir talking to each other and goes to them. Manish introduces them to Mr. Chauhan. Ranvir says Narendra Nath Chauhan is his father. Ranvir asks Mr. Chauhan if he did not get his gun to shoot someone.
