The episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai starts with Kartik helping Sirat to get ready. Kartik tells Sirat that they should go to the hospital first. Sirat says Ranvir took a bullet on his chest for her, so even she can take punches and go to their wedding. She asks Kartik to carry her and take her to Ranvir if she faints in the way. She says that Ranvir did a lot for their love and now it’s her chance. Mr. Chauhan asks Ranvir to keep in mind that if he will ruin Mr. Chauhan then Nidhi and Saroj will go down with him. Mr. Chauhan says no one will marry Nidhi and asks Ranvir if he wants to punish his mother and sister too. Ranvir throws away the gun. He asks him to call Rathod and ask them to leave the hotel. Mr. Chauhan calls Rathod and asks him to return with all his men. Ranvir warns Mr. Chauhan that if he will try to harm anyone around him then Ranvir will destroy him.
Ranvir returns to the hotel. Manish says he doesn’t know what is Ranvir’s issue with his father but Mr. Chauhan will have to pay the price for what he did, as Mr. Chauhan tried to ruin their reputation. Ranvir says Manish can do whatever he feels right. Suwarna asks Manish not to take any step until Ranvir and Sirat get married. She says that Sirat did not care about her life and brought the watch back, so even Manish can forget all his grudges for Sirat’s happiness. Kartik gets Sirat to the hotel, holding her in his arms. Ranvir goes to Sirat and takes Sirat into his arms. He makes Sirat sit on a chair and asks if Mr. Chauhan did this. Kartik says yes and explains everything. Ranvir says Mr. Chauhan crossed his limit and he will not leave Mr. Chauhan. Sirat says Mr. Chauhan doesn’t want them to get married, so they can marry right away so that their love will win and Mr. Chauhan will lose.
Gayu calls the doctor. The doctor checks Sirat and says Sirat is fine. Kartik asks Ranvir to get married to Sirat, forget all the past and start a new life. Ranvir agrees. He says one thing is left. Kartik asks them what is it. Ranvir and Sirat look at Kartik and thank him. Sirat says Kartik has done a lot for her and the list might never get over. The wedding ritual starts. Ranvir and Sirat sit in the mandap. Kartik looks at them and walks away. Sirat looks for Kartik.
